Rates apply to homes up to 4,000 square feet of interior living space. Larger or complex properties receive custom quotes. Monthly plans are month-to-month subject to written agreement and cancellation terms. Essential includes one live-video walkthrough per month; Signature includes two. Each takes place during a scheduled visit. One-time visits can include a live walkthrough upon advance request. All visits and live video are scheduled in advance. Concierge and additional services are quoted separately. No 24/7 monitoring is provided.
